Perhaps he's more pissed that your major concern seems to be what everyone else thinks and says, i.e charts and the like.
Maybe he likes you enough to get on with you regardless and just wishes you'd let him.
Sorry but this seems a bit neurotic to me I too am cancerian, I try to get on with everybody and don't really give a s**t what anyone says or thinks.
I'm not sure this is very helpful.
